When entering details for a new delegate, it keeps showing that the email address entered is invalid. Eventually the email address is accepted but its taking up to 5 attempts. Sometimes hitting "FIND" helps but usually I just need to log-out and then log-in again. Am I doing something wrong or is it a glitch with the system?

As far as we are aware there are no problems with the functionality of the website. However, if you can please email the helpdesk at servicemap@mhssupport.org refering to this forum post and stating the name of the organisation for which you are entering details we will investigate this further.
