Print off of full questionnaire with last years responses in
Hi,
Is it possible to get a print-off of this years questionnaire for each scheme with that schemes answers from last year already in it?
We are having to send out hard copy questionnaires and it would be a lot easier for our providers if the data they supplied last year was already entered. They can then just check the data from last year, amend accordingly and retun to us for updating on the system.
Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi, yes there is a new printing feature for services creating for the 2009 mapping. To access this please:
1. Make sure you are logged in
2. Select "Print View" from the show drop down box at the top of your service list.
3. Tick the boxes in the column labelled "select" next to each service you wish to print.
4. Click "Print Selected". A pop up window should appear, allowing you to preview the service/s.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the pop up window and click "Print Service".
Hope this helps.

Sorry - just checking the print-out and it does not ask all the questions that the questionnaire asks, eg. Referral Type, Opening Hours etc. etc.
What we need is a print out of the full set of questions this year with the responses that each scheme provided last year.
We are trying to make the questionnaire more user friendly so Scheme managers just have to make amendments (if necessary) and do not have to re-enter data that they have already provided.
I know ideally they would complete this on-line but that just won't happen so we have to use hard copies.
Thanks.

The service directory fields won't show up if "no" has been selected as an answer to the "Would you like to enter contact details of your service?" question. Otherwise it should all show up.
You could get round this by clicking "yes" on each service if you wish.
